Temporal Factors & Month Allocation

Apply seasonal price adjustments with temporal factors — weekly and monthly multipliers on gross prices (for example, ×1.2 in February) — alongside formal fixed-price, discount, and base-rate pricing models. Month allocation in the linker has been rebuilt for greater financial accuracy.

1. Campaign Planning & Pricing Models

  • Temporal factors were introduced alongside temporal unit calculations for campaign positions.
  • The system formalized fixed price, discount, and base rate pricing models, accompanied by a completely new factor UI.
  • Planners can now mark specific supplier products as disabled.
  • The campaign finance view was updated to include target sums and agency fees in linked invoices.

2. Horizon Integration Enhancements

  • The hourly full synchronization process was replaced with a new consistency checking tool to verify that no changes are missed during incremental syncs.
  • VAT totals are now equalized between meta and expense invoices for Advanced Horizon ERP sync.
  • Advanced Horizon ERP sync meta invoices now strictly require SERVICE type rows and utilize default invoice dimensions.
  • Credit invoice templates were introduced, and management commands were added to allow ignoring specific meta invoices.
  • The linked amounts report was upgraded to include applied credit notes and compensated invoices.

3. Invoicing & Linker Refactoring

  • The month allocation logic in the linker was fixed and reimplemented as a reusable SQL function to handle edge cases and flipped buckets more robustly.
  • Bonus invoices now strictly require a designated finance period.
  • A prompt was added to allow users to force an invoice confirmation if VIES validation fails.
  • Invoice lists now display totals directly within the view, and link exports now aggregate invoices while skipping those with no balance.

4. Reporting & Operations

  • Reporting filters were reworked, and invoiced bonuses are now visible directly in the raw report.
  • A new management command was introduced to export documents.
  • Agency roles were moved to the core system level.
